    This workout program very different that what I was used to. It took me out of my comfort zone and forced me to focus on both my food intake and my exercise. The challenge kept me super accountable and motivated. The 3 stages of the workout kept things from getting stale and worked my muscles in ways I never have. I don't belong to a gym but the workouts were not difficult to adapt to a home gym environment. Tiffany was a great coach and made herself very available for any questions I had about the workouts and/or the food plan she developed for me. She reached out frequently and was always positive and encouraging.
