  • Improve your relationship with food overall- no more restricting or avoiding foods that you have unconsciously avoided because they have been deemed 'bad' or said to cause weight gain. We'll break the dieting mindset by being mindful of how your body responds and what you truly want and need overall.

  • Becoming mindful of not only your hunger and fullness, and overall food choices, but also your thoughts and behavior around your body and learning to move out of enjoyment.

What does this all include?

This is not only a 1:1 coaching program BUT ALSO a full becoming Mindful course

  • Weekly Videos

    Each week, 1-2 videos will become available to view. These are about either weekly steps to work on with mindful eating, self-care or a combination of it all.

  • Weekly-Biweekly Tasks

    Every week to two weeks, a worksheet will be available to download and print. These are meant to help with gratitude, goal planning, and even improving your mindful eating journey.

  • Weekly 1:1 Calls

    Each week, we will set up a phone call! With this, we will go over your progress, any adjustments in the process and tips, as well as going over the current week's video and any tasks that were given.

  • Custom Training Plan

    Receive a custom, 8 week, training plan with progressive training, progress tracking, exercise video demonstrations and chat access all in a private training app. This will be designed to help you move your body out of enjoyment, not punishment, and feel strong and confident in the gym or even at home.

  • Is this a course or 1:1 coaching?

    Both! This is a full, 8 week, program with weekly modules and weekly to bi weekly tasks. This also includes weekly phone calls with me, a custom training plan, and a mindful eating weekly step by step plan to coach you along this journey. This is truly the best of BOTH worlds.

  • Do I apply or Purchase first?

    Please apply before purchasing the program. Tiffany will be personally reviewing your application to ensure that the program is a good fit for you and if these next 8 weeks are exactly what you need. If you have already spoken with Tiffany and ready to begin on the release date, June 5th, please go ahead and pay!

  • What happens after I purchase?

    After you have purchased the program, you will gain immediate access into the first week's videos, downloads, and workbook (with the exception that the program releases on June 5th, so it will gain access to intro video and downloads but not until June 5th for week 1's module).

    My coaching and experience is best suited for women over the age of 21, that have been feeling overwhelmed with their nutrition and want to begin a program that has nothing to do with losing weight. They want to learn to listen to their mind and body and create a radical transformation.
