Confidence and trust in your body. I know how it feels to not be on a diet, the thought alone can be scary. But I promise that once you learn to listen- everything changes.

Improve your relationship with food overall- no more restricting or avoiding foods that you have unconsciously avoided because they have been deemed 'bad' or said to cause weight gain. We'll break the dieting mindset by being mindful of how your body responds and what you truly want and need overall.

Is this a course or 1:1 coaching?
Both! This is a full, 8 week, program with weekly modules and weekly to bi weekly tasks. This also includes weekly phone calls with me, a custom training plan, and a mindful eating weekly step by step plan to coach you along this journey. This is truly the best of BOTH worlds.

Do I apply or Purchase first?
Please apply before purchasing the program. Tiffany will be personally reviewing your application to ensure that the program is a good fit for you and if these next 8 weeks are exactly what you need. If you have already spoken with Tiffany and ready to begin on the release date, June 5th, please go ahead and pay!

What happens after I purchase?
After you have purchased the program, you will gain immediate access into the first week's videos, downloads, and workbook (with the exception that the program releases on June 5th, so it will gain access to intro video and downloads but not until June 5th for week 1's module).

Who is 1:1 coaching for?
My coaching and experience is best suited for women over the age of 21, that have been feeling overwhelmed with their nutrition and want to begin a program that has nothing to do with losing weight. They want to learn to listen to their mind and body and create a radical transformation.
